My turn to post something rather frivolous. What is the deal with Master Bedrooms being on the 1st floor? I can understand if you have older kids maybe wanting those teenagers far away... but being as I have 2 kids under 3 years old... I cant imagine huffing up and down the stairs every time one of them wakes up at night or whatnot. You guessed it, were selling a house and apparently our upstairs Master is a negative. With one whole day on the market im not too worried about it selling its just something Ive always been curious about because Ive lived in several other states that dont seem to be this tied into location of the Master.
