My two cents on Robin Willams death and the Christy Mack attack; Robin Williams This just shows that sometimes those with the biggest smiles and deepest laughs hurt the most! We never know what demons people are fighting and this is why I always say to smile at a stranger you may be the only smile they see, be kind to one another because its much easier than being mean, and reach out to someone if you know they are hurting! RIP Mr Williams Christy Mack I have extremely strong feelings about this as I myself have been victim of assault and Ill speak on two of such occasions. At 19 I was hit by a 64 aprox 280 lb man in a nightclub parking lot because I would not give him my number. He hit me so hard I landed on my girlfriends car hood all while a group of guys stood by watching and didnt offer to help until the guy had drove off! In high school a relationship I had ended with me being held against my will at gun point (this is the short of the story as Im not ready to speak of the whole incident). Yes he was arrested and spent time in jail and last I heard was back in jail for another attack in Cali. I tell you these stories because maybe it will help someone else to know they arent alone. For years I felt that I did something to deserve the things that had happened and I finally realized that I did nothing and it was not my fault! A few thoughts on the Christy attack: 1. It is NEVER ok for a man to hit a woman 2. The fact he was a trained fighter disgusts me 3. For the few comments I saw that said if she was afraid she should of left him long ago... Until you are faced with that kind of fear and situation you will never understand. 4. Hitting a woman no way falls under the definition of being an alpha male
