My uncle John Mc Allister served in the 2nd world war. He surved in Japan .His sisters margaret and anne also servered with the army. The sisters never left N.Z. one was a nurse and one in telecommunications. My dad Desmond John Cumming also was in the Army there too. He was in mechanics he never went overseas. George Uaongos granddad from Rarotonga the Cook Islands on his Mangian side and his grand father on the Mannihiki side. One grand dad lies to rest in the returned service mens cemetery in Rarotonga. They have all passed on naturally .May we thank them all and May God Bless.
