My wife and I were planning on opening a restaurant yet we put so much time and money and we could not see a close opening date as to all the obstacles in our path, so we had to walk away to not get ourselves any deeper in the hole than we already were. It was hard to walk away yet it was the firm and sound choice we had to make as to not get a humongous debt on our shoulders. Sometimes you have to walk away yet it does not mean you cannot continue with your initial idea just regroup and go at it again. We are now going to wait till the spring and see if we can use another kitchen to open our taco wagon, so the plan is still in effect we are just awaiting the perfect timing.
