Emotions get you in your way. You are running. All those feelings! What is this?! Keep running dear. Scream. Cry. Wave with your arms. Let those tears melt away. But keep running. Out of breath. Completely dissorded. Now my wish for you is that you fall. Fall at this crucial moment. Hard. Really hard. On the ground. With your face. BAM! Pain. Fear. All alone. Dont know what to do. Apathy starts coming up. ....Its okey dear. Take your time. Surrender, Devote, Breath in. Deeply. ....Its okey dear. Take your time. Eyes closed. Look up. Now open your eyes.. Look around you. You see? Colors look brighter. Breath again. You notice? Air seems fresher. Move a little. You feel? Body seems lighter. And O my... Heart starts beating! Alive for all those years. But this will be the very first time you hear your heart beating. Right there in your chest. You will féél your heart beating. Moments of extreme coldness. Moments of extreme heatness. Sleepless, long night maybe. The heart is cleaning itself. ... Its okey dear. In time, it will start telling you things. Keep patient. This is what they call Waking up, Reborn. ... Its okey dear. In time, truth will be revealed. Keep believing. Grow takes time. Light is on her way. Surrender, Devote, Breathe in. Passionately. Youre ALIVE. .... My wish for you dear. Is that you wake up.
