My youngest son Ty is 30 yrs old today. This day 30 yrs ago was the best day of my life,but he also owns the 2nd best day of my life. He was 14 years old playing on Pepsi Jr Golf @ the Summitt golf course n Owensboro. On #17 green he knocked it stiff to go -2 for the tournament. There was a big hill to walk up to play 18 and I was dreading the walk. I was such a proud father it felt as though I was walking on air. On 18 he just about hooked it out of bounds but stayed n and then he hit his approach shot to 6,he missed the birdie putt but made parr. He won his age group by 2 shots and beat the whole field. Happy Birthday Son!
