My yummy healthy dinner! this was 3 lbs of ground turkey (yes, I like leftovers) 2 eggs, 3/4 cup breadcrumbs, chopped onions to taste, seasoning (whatever you like - I used garlic salt and crushed pepper) and Worcestershire sauce - about 3 tablespoons :) Smoosh together for awhile.. lol...Put down parchment paper, lay the meat flat in a rectangle, put spinach and cheese on top leaving room at the end so it doesnt spill out. ROLL! ROLL! ROLL! hehe.... Excuse me...Im just playing with my new S5 :)
