NACDOR begin Bhoomi Adhikar Yatra in Tyonthar Block of Rewa. Lal Bahadur Kole, a young Adivasi leader nurtured and trained by National Confederation of Dalit Organisations has taken up challenge to visit all the villages of Tyonthar Block with a team of 20 Adivasis and Dalits in Rewa. It is about mobilising restless Adivasis and Dalits to take up leadership themselves for the cause they are committed and believe would help them to live with equal dignity. General Secretary of Rashtriya Dalit Mahila Andolan Ms Sumedha Bodh from Delhi and Ms Sarita Gautam of NACDOR from Allahabad in UP joined to express the solidarity to begin the Bhoomi Adhikar Pad-Yatra on 15th September. The Yatra will culminate at Tyonthar Block Office on 29th October. I will join the culmination. Ms Sumedha Bodh will keep you posting on the progress of this Yatra.
