NAGUILIAN LA UNION PHILIPPINES, AS ALWAYS - We are so blessed with some incredible exceptional women who were born and/or raised in our hometown. One great to mention who led and served the Philippines for more than 40 years as an able foreign diplomat is HONORABLE CHRISTINE GARCIA ORTEGA. She retired last January as an Ambassador to France and received a highest honor bestowed only to her by the French President. She is the sister of Elena Roque who is one of the leaders of Philippine Naguilian Organization Inc. (PNOI), affiliate of Global Naguilianders Alliance Network (GNAN).
