Our demands are: • A wage increase of 15%; • A one year agreement; • Ban labour brokers; • Increased shift allowances of: - day shift 10% - afternoon shift 15% - night shift 20% • Short time pay to be negotiated if longer than 6 weeks; • Mersetta to be invited to implement training to workers affected by short time; • Workers must not lose shifts during short time; • Training and career path advice for workers; • Apprenticeships must result in guaranteed employment.
