NATURE OF INCIDENT: AGG ASSLT IRC NUMBER: 140145940 OFFICER: NOVACKOWSKI DATE: 07/17/2014 TIME: 0031 Hours LOCATION: Coal Street PERSONS INVOLVED: VICTIM: B/M/30 INCIDENT DETAILS: Officers responded to the area of 210 Coal Street where it was reported a B/M yelled for someone to call for help as he was shot. The victim sustained a gun shot wound to the right arm for which he was taken to a local medical facility for what appeared to be non life threatening injuries. The victim was uncooperative with officers and refused to identify himself. Information supplied on scene as to the victims identify was conflicting. The victim only told the caller that he was shot behind the buildings pointing to the building in the immediate vinicity. The investigation is continuing.
