NATURE OF INCIDENT: Retail Theft IRC NUMBER: 140156847 DATE: 07/30/14 TIME: 1247 LOCATION: 15 S Main St PERSONS INVOLVED: PERCY, Dominique…21 yoa B/F…WB (Formally from NYC, Ny) INCIDENT DETAILS: Officers were detailed to the front of Boscovs for a motor vehicle accident. While en route, officers received additional information that there was no accident. The additional information related a female stole items from Boscovs and shattered a glass door as she ran from loss prevention employees. She also ran into the side of a vehicle as she fled. The employees lost the female in the area of the intermodal transportation center but relayed a description of a B/F wearing a tank top and the work gutter tattooed on her lower back. A detective observed a female matching that description get into a taxi. The detective followed it until marked patrol units arrived and stopped it. She was taken into custody, processed, charged with a felony count of retail theft (she has several prior convictions) and a misdemeanor count of criminal mischief, and taken for arraignment. She was released after being given $7500 unsecured bail.
