NBGS: State Branch of SPLM Kicks Out Caretaker Governor From The Party. #SouthSudan #SSudan Members of SPLM State Liberation Council have passed a resolution annulling the membership of the Caretaker Governor Kuel Aguer Kuel from the party. The stated reason was luck of cooperation with the SPLM party. The meeting was chaired by the State SPLM Chairperson, GEN Paul Malong who also doubles as the countrys army Chief of General staff. Meanwhile, the Caretaker Governor Kuel Aguer arrived in Juba on Wednesday on an official visit. He is expected to meet with President Kiir and other party officials. Copyright © 2015 ToJ
