NC constitutes Election Manifesto CommitteeMohammad Shafi Uri nominated as ChairmanTaing, Salathia, Suharwardy and Bakaya as MembersSrinagar August 30th, 2014: National Conference Working President Omar Abdullah has constituted the partys Election Manifesto Commitee ahead of the forthcoming Assembly Elections. On the directions of the Working President, NC General Secretary Ali Mohammad Sagar announced the constitution of the Commitee today.Senior NC Leader and Member Parliament (Rajya Sabha) Mohammad Shafi Uri has beennominated as the Chairman of the ManifestoCommittee. Senior Party Leaders MohammadYusuf Taing, Surjeet Singh Salathia, Khalid Najeeb Suharwardy and Vijaya Bakaya have been nominated as Members of the Manifesto Committoo. Provincial President Jammu Devender Singh Rana and Provincial President Kashmir Nasir Aslam Wani will act as Ex-Officio Members to the Committee.NC General Secretary Ali Mohamamd Sagar said that National Conference would soon come out with a comprehensive Election Manifesto for the Assembly Elections aimed at continuing the holistic socio-economic development and political representation of the State.
