NCDN WEATHER WATCH: Super Typhoon HAGUPIT / RUBY (CAT5) Super Typhoon Hagupit is a Category 5 storm with a maximum wind speed of 179 mph / 280kph. It is currently moving to the west-northwest at 13 mph toward the Philippines East. HAGUPIT has changed its direction heading towards Bicol, going to Quezon, then will directly hit Metro Manila at a CAT2 Level Typhoon. Forecasts can still changed in the next 24 hours, and we will provide more updates in the next 12 hours.
