NDOT to Restrict Lane on Nellis Boulevard Las Vegas – The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) will be restricting the right lane on southbound Nellis Boulevard (State Route 612) between East Powell Avenue and East Harmon Avenue starting on Tuesday, Sept. 9 through Friday, Sept. 12 from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day.
