NEED CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE FOR AUSTRALIAN PROCESS The Customer Care Associate is responsible for receiving, investigating and responding to all customer inquiries regarding installation, products and services. The Customer Care Associate will troubleshoot problems and coordinate with various internal departments to resolve problems.
