NEEDED: Reflections Chair for 2014-2015 school year. The National PTA Reflections contest is designed to enhance quality arts education for students. All children deserve opportunities to explore and be involved in the arts. The arts play a critical role in students’ success, in school and beyond. As Reflections Chair you will: • Recruit local PTA Reflections Committee members • Oversee local PTA committees Reflections program planning and implementation • Promote the Reflections theme and program to students, teachers and parents • Distribute and answer questions about the rules, deadlines and student entry forms • Collect artwork and coordinate local judging process • Submit winning artwork to next round of judging via online submission process Complete planning checklist and sample forms available from prior chairperson as well as comprehensive Leaders Guide available from National PTA.
