This week, in honor of July 4th, we will explore the debut album by the original ALL-American Gurrrl herself, Ms. Cyndi Lauper, and her first album Shes So Unusual. Cyndi exploded on to the music scene and into our hearts with this debut record! She had the sassy, new-wave style, a very different but very decent set of pipes, and well, although at times her antics were a bit silly, we fell in love with her.
