Before ending up in Chipley FL animal control she experienced nothing in life other than puppies and chains. Rescues with 501c can free pull and transport help in some parts of FL. She is sponsored for 1/2 price adoption- $75. Fee includes spay/neuter, deworming, shots and HW test.
