NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING Thursday, September 12, 2013 @ 6:30 pm Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church 824 Starling Ave., Martinsville VA Neighborhood Watch helps strengthen neighborhood spirit and police community partnership; and send a message to criminals letting them know neighborhoods are organized and fighting back. Officer Gravely from the Martinsville Police Department has invited the Martinsville City Manager, City Council members, City Property Maintenance, Interim Martinsville Police Chief Eddie Cassady, and Commonwealth’s Attorney Joan Ziglar to attend this neighborhood meeting. If you have problems or concerns about your neighborhoods, please attend this meeting to inform city council members of problems occurring in your community. Also we will discuss plans for Martinsville Day to Serve to be held Saturday, September 21, 2013. All citizens of Martinsville are called upon to come together, help improve the quantity of life throughout the City of Martinsville to be a better community for our families to work and play.
