Dear Freindz, LETTER OF APPOINTMENT We are please to offer you an apointment as a labour or worker with our company with retrospective effect from March 3rd 2014, 2.your Basic salaryGHc900.00 3.Take home salary Ghc 1,000.00 inclusive of Allowance and Trasnsport. 4.Probation:Not Applicable.An amount of Ghc50.00 wil be deducted from your salary take home mounthly salary fr 2 monthly instalment fr company dress code.This amount (100.000Ghc)will be refunded to u when leaving the company and have returned the uniform. 5.Normal working hours:day shift,06:00 to 14:000 hours.Night shift,14:00 to 10:00hours. Reporting time fr duty is 05:30 hours for days shift and 13:30 afternoon shift.You may be required to work extra hours when the need arises. 6.You wil be entitiled to OVER time Allowance if you are required to Work outside the normal working hours.The overtime Rate is 70% of the normal rate.A calculated amount will be deducted from your salary each day you absent yourself frm work without any tangible reason. 7.You will be required to work six days in a week with one day being observerd as your as your off Day. 8.You shall be entitled to twenty one days Annual Leave after every twelve month of continius service. 9.The principle of NO WORK NO PAYwill apply in all cases of the absenteesim.Your continued employment will depend on the ability of the company to retain it contract by full satisfying the company needs of our consumers at all times. 10.AWOL(Absent without official alert):if you are absent t.fr three days continually without any tangible reason,You will be considerd as having gone AWOL and such vacation of from work. 11.You shall be summarily Dismissed by management fr gros misconduct,ice Dishonesty,Insubordinate,Drunkness,Stealing,continual poor performance,Habitual lateness,Disorderly conduct,sleeping on duty Absenteesim,Fighting while on duty. 12.HEALTH:All staff are required to register with NHIS to take care of their health needs.The company (Nestle)will assist as and when necessary.Only excuse duty from Hospitals will be Accepted.Should you stay away from work for one months on ground of Ill health,You shall be paid your basic salary minus statutory deduction. 13.Minor offences such as improper dressing etc will result in a Reprimand,which MUST BE SIGNED BY YOU. 14.You shall be required to observer critically all companys Rules and Regulations and also submit to all disciplinary codes in the companys General orders. 15.Notice of Termination/Resignation is one month on either side or payment of one month basic salary in lieu of notice.In this regard,vacation of post by staff is to be regarded as resignation without notice.
