NETWORK LOBBY After Paul Ryans budget called for yet another repeal of the Affordable Care Act, Congressman Mark Takano staged a How I Met Your Mother (#HIMYM) style intervention on the House floor. At the same time, Congressman Takanos colleagues on the House Budget committee introduced a series of amendments to address other substantive failures of the Ryan Budget: immigration reform, minimum wage, anti-poverty measures, and unemployment insurance.
