NEVER EVER GIVE UP 3 years ago Mark was airlifted to a Melbourne hospital suffering horrendous, life threatening injuries, if he survived, he would never walk again; his injuries were so severe. Mark was determined to: “make a full recovery, change careers, be pain free without medication and get on with his life”. Mark has achieved all of his goals; Mark believes “first you have to determine in your mind what you want and then apply it in practical terms”, for Mark “a relentless 7 day a week uncompromising exercise regime, pushing through the pain barrier”.
