NEVER HESITATE IN PAYING A COMPLIMENT!!! About a month back, Theresa Ann Barker and myself took a drive out for the day. i bought a bag of biscuits "Nutty Choc Chip", i have never tasted anything so delectable, creamy, melt-in-the-mouth yummy since my life. I called the manufactures on the Monday to thank them for absolute, pure heaven in a packet. Not having seen the biscuits in the shops since, they kinda slipped my mind till today. I got to the office this morning and found this huge box on my desk addressed to me. Upon opening it, i found it to be FULL of one of each packet of biscuit and rusk that they make with a note that made tears roll down my cheeks. Besides the ""Thank you for the call and the compliments...." I would like to share with you a paragraph from the letter ..."From the batch number you provided us with, we were able to determine that your packet of hand made Nutty Choc Chip was lovingly made by Nosipho. Nosipho has been with us for 17 years and is part of the original Mooiplaas team. I took great pride in congratulating Nosipho on a job well done in the morning meeting in front of her whole team. She was so pleased to receive your feedback and has been walking on sunshine ever since." Guys girls and groups, it is companies like this, that take the time to appreciate their customers and above all and more important THIER STAFF. Please guys - whoever goes to the Good Food and Wine Show in JHB this weekend, please pop past the Grainfoods Bakeries/MOOIPLAAS HOME BAKE stall and grab some of their biscuits - promise they are to die for. Please please also like them on FB facebook/mymooiplaas - you dont find ""REAL" companies like this anymore that actually care what their clients say. A huge big thank you to Mooiplaas and each and every staff member ... you guys rock my world!!!!!!!
