NEW BEGINNINGS: You may remember Matilda from her story. She entered our shelter with a chemical burn down here back. We have just received a note from her adopters: The minute I finished watching the news clip about Matilda and the burn on her back from the flea medicine, I knew that we had to do what we could to bring her home. I just want to share with you what a wonderful addition she has been to our family. She was very nervous at first and wouldnt eat or drink or play and now she is the center of attention and entertains us all. She gets along very well with our other dogs. You made a comment in your newsclip about her finding a home and being a happy girl. I have to say she is a very happy girl and we are a very happy family to have her. A huge thank you to you and Dr. Allman and your staff for helping Matilda and for the work you do with all the animals in need. Thank YOU for adopting!
