This is a picture that shows something that many people never get a chance to see. This picture is something that only shelter volunteers, shelter employees and Vet Techs ever get to experience. It is a powerful moment for the animal as for maybe the first time in their lives they have quality food that they did not have to steal from a garbage can. This is a powerful picture of an animal (Heaven) that is starting a long road to recovery. The power of that moment is huge and can only be understood by those that have been nearly starved to death.
