NEW CHANGES SO FAR: 1- all trans actions require a retainer or on the spot payment. retainers are for the work done, even if the photos arent 100% what you want. The work is still done and time and the date has been taken from the photographer. 2 - If full payment is not received, ownership is not optional for the client. Those pictures belong to the photographer. 3 - friend rates: you receive only the JPEG and photos will be posted to my site for business ad purposes. 4 - clients that do not meet the contract agreement will be banned from anymore business. I will also be responsible to provide the photos between a certain time frame. I am also obligated to complete and present said photos. Receipts and agreements of my assurance to provide photos and hold up my end of the bargain will be given upon payment. I have to sign as well on the contract and the receipt to protect both me and the customer. Prices: Friend rate: 30$ Show rate: 50$ Show + private shoot before or after show: 65-75$ Studio shoots: 80$ all day studio/ special shoots: 100$ -Gas will be part of the agreement if the shoot is not local.
