NEW HOUSE Home of memories Keeping grief alive No escape from tears We try hard to hide Pack up belongings Find a new locale Perhaps a new scene Will build our morale House looks so shiny Windows bright and clear Yard is well-kept too Could be happy here! Offer accepted Loans been approved! Its finally time For us to start move On first two days off Its raining in sheets At this rate our move Well never complete! Basement is flooded! Thats not in the plan! This is our dream house! We just say oh man. Lite water heater Gas fumes are not good It cannot be fixed Replace it we should Take a nice shower The septic backs up New house did not seem To improve our luck! Fixing the septic Find water runs out Scan the yellow pages Give well man a shout Well is too shallow And cannot be fixed Water conservation Is now in the mix!
