*** NEW JOB OPPORTUNITIES AT CHALVINGTON GROUP *** Account Manager, Full-time, Up to £35K basic plus OTE £70K+ uncapped, car allowance and benefits. Due to expansion, there is a great opportunity for an experienced Telecoms BDM/Account Manager in Business Telephony to join the Chalvington Group. You must have experience of PBX, Unified Communication and Fixed Line, be money hungry, used to exceeding sales targets and also have a proven track record in winning new business. The primary objective will be to generate new telephone system sales by using innovative and creative technical design, you will also be aided by an internal telemarketing team who will assist you in generating a number of qualified and high value opportunities for you to attend, although you will also be expected to provide your own self-generated leads and additional appointments. As a company we enjoy low staff turnover – average length of service is 7 years, our account retention is outstanding and we have won numerous awards for both customer service and support. Role: - Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings - Your sales remit is £1M of new business p.a and is targeting medium sized enterprises – typical targets are 50 to 5000 staff across 3 to 10 location and average order vales are £50k to £150k p.a. Develop new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, to optimise quality of service and customer satisfaction - Where appropriate, providing consultancy to assist customers in the development of their managed voice and data requirements. - Planning and preparing presentations - Communicating new product development to prospective clients - To achieve KPIs agreed with line manager and report progress on weekly/monthly basis as required and agreed - Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods - Attend and present at external customer meetings and networking events. - Attend training courses and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills. What’s Needed: - 3 Years+ of corporate sales - Location in the South East of England - An ability to bring fresh ideas and ways of working to the team - Project Management Skills - Data Networking experience desirable, including a good knowledge of the voice and data market - Experience of selling to senior levels and winning business through often quite complicated buying processes (bids & tenders) - Strong and demonstrable leadership and influencing skills.
