Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred. The candidate’s primary responsibilities include: 1. Provide support for the operation of the Solution Options Governance process - Goal is to make good spending decisions by reusing existing assets when applicable - Operate process - Capture metrics (decision-making; cost savings; operational metrics) - Identify process improvements - Reward & recognition of good decision making - Enforce architecture decision-making framework (DAI model) 2. Provide support for the Optimize Application owner (application asset management system – Vitalize Tool) - Manage demand of requests/enhancements/support tickets - Lead the annual Optimize data verification process - Lead the Optimize Stakeholders governance meeting - Lead Optimize data field rationalization (identify field owners; drive decision-making) - Update the Optimize Blueprint application counts - Optimize/Remedy asset linkages - General user support; Q&A 3. Assist with EA tool administration (ARIS) - Import of Optimize data (applications & interfaces) and Remedy asset data - Build folder structure & user groups within ARIS - Provide admin support to pilot projects (create databases, user groups, access grants eSetup, database backup strategy, etc.) 4. IM Milestone calendar owner - Support SharePoint List-based calendar – filters, general user support - Import data monthly from separate database - simplified process moved to weekly due to process improvement made (from 3hrs to Drop down lists, conditional formatting, cell dependencies, cell protection, etc. - Other existing scorecards & tools The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics: - Organizes and presents ideas in a convincing and compelling manner. - Persuades and influences others with effective verbal and written communication. - Understands the value of process-centric approach to business analysis and capability development.
