NEW ROLE - Contracts/Projects Interface Manager, Gloucester - Salary Negotiable This position will be for a 6 month period to be extended long term after this initial period. The role is based in the CTO Services Team, reporting to the Commercial Services Delivery Manager. The successful applicant will manage post contract management activity for 2/3 large commercial arrangements and will support the development of the future strategy relating to those commercial areas. The Role: • working closely with Supply Chain to ensure company strategy is fully deployed within current commercial arrangements • providing support to internal customers in relation to the management and control of the commercial agreements • audit and challenge commercial arrangements where appropriate, ensuring value is obtained for Nuclear Generation • monitoring contractor performance, identifying the issues and owning the mitigating activities • develop, implement and drive a continuous improvement programme The Person • As a minimum, applicants will have a degree and professional qualification such as CIPS • Evidence of influencing change within a complex stakeholder environment • Knowledge of supply chain and finance management processes and systems • Interpersonal skills are key along with the ability to negotiate effectively with both internal customers and external organisations in order to build resilient relationships • Previous experience in relevant commercial management dealing with large contracts would be an advantage Standard working hours are 37 per week Monday to Friday.
