NEW SPRING/SUMMER CLASSES! Classes begin week of June 1st Flex Class - Designed for athletes of all ages to improve body flexibility. This class will require a set of light ankle weights (no more than 2.5 lbs per weight). Athletes will work on leg flexibility (i.e. Right/Left splits, Straddle, etc.), and back flexibility. Athletes will also be working on correct body positions for flying. Being in this class does not mean that your child will be a flyer, but it is important for all athletes to be flexible. Mondays - 7:30-8:15 pm. Cost: $10 per class or $35 per month Strength/Conditioning class - designed for athletes 8 and older. This class is dedicated to improving core strength, arm strength, and leg strength. Athletes will be required to participate in all exercises to work each muscle group and become stronger. This class will also include cardio workouts to improve stamina. Tuesdays - 6:30-7:15 pm. Cost: $10 per class or $35 per month Jump Class - designed for athletes of all ages to improve jump flexibility, motions, height, etc. This class will require a set of light ankle weights (no more than 2.5 lbs per weight). Athletes will do extensive jump drills to strengthen hip flexors, leg muscles, and core for elite level jumps. Thursdays - 6-6:45 pm.
