NEW VACANCY: Warehouse Apprenticeship – Stoke on Trent. Vacancy description: The successful candidate will be working at a Workshop Assistant. The day to day duties will include: -cutting glass using an automated CNC glass cutting table -polishing glass using an edging machine. -drilling glass using an automated CNC glass drilling machine -shaping glass operating a CNC workcentre. -washing glass using a glass washing machine -toughening glass in our own in house glass toughening plant -sorting and loading glass onto vans for despatch. The candidate will need to have a good level of strength and fitness as glass is quite a dense material. Working hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm on a Friday.
