NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS. Weve made them. Weve broken them. Weve embraced them.....and weve ignored the whole concept. And when you think about the term resolution, its not hard to see why we are generally so unsuccessful with them. Resolution implies perfection and from now on - both things that are very hard for any of us to do. So, we try for a couple days or weeks. Fail. And its back to business as usual. So, were firmly in the no resolutions camp, for most of the common goals. But we ARE firmly in the make small lifestyle changes bandwagon - and that is what we want to share with you. Starting tomorrow, and for the next 10 days, were going to suggest an EASY Healthier Living Tip. They will be things that you DONT have to be perfect about. You wont HAVE to do it every single day (though we hope youll work up to that). Theyll just be small things that everyone can do, that will have a cumulative beneficial effect on your overall health.
