NEWS: After the tragic police killing of #MikeBrown in #Ferguson, MO last month plans are underway by the City Council to overhaul the citys traffic fine system. Last year alone nearly 33,000 arrests warrants were issued in the mostly Black city of Ferguson for nonviolent offenses, many of which were driving violations. Ferguson has approximately 21,000 residents. The City of Ferguson has relied on racial profiling and targeting of Black residents as a means to balance its budget. Its outrageous!
