Dont forget to add your return address so Santa can write back :) * Christmas Window Competition: businesses in Jackson Street are eligible to enter JSPs comp. All those entered will need to have their windows ready in time for the Christmas Parade on 28 Nov. We will let you know what businesses have entered the comp. and youll have a chance to vote for your favourite window! * Petone Twilight Christmas Parade is on Friday 28 November, 7pm. Were bringing back a Petone tradition of having parades on a Friday night! Floats include all 3 local schools, sports clubs, churches, dance clubs, dog clubs, character floats and many others. Its not too late for local organisations or sport clubs to have a float - please email the JSP office: [email protected] * Turning on of the Lights will be after the parade at approx. 8.30pm outside the JSP office. Entertainment will be provided by the fabulous Petone-based Faultline Chorus! * Santas Grotto in the Old Jail (behind JSP office) will also be open that night from 8.30-10pm. It will then open again on 6 December until 22 December (free entry). * Family Treasure Hunts for kids aged 0-7yrs & 8-13yrs will take place on the weekends of 13 & 14 Dec and 20 & 21 Dec: 11am-4pm (free). Hunts start from the JSP office. WE NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE: wed like as many people as possible in Jackson Street to watch the Twilight Christmas Parade on 28 November.
