NEWS: Hundreds turned out to support the Hollie Summer Day in #Gloucester today. The 20-year-old hairdresser was attacked in February while working at Fringe Benefits in the city centre. The event was organised by the salon and featured a raffle, auction, face painting, sweet shop and live music. Money raised from the event will go towards a kissing seat and The Hollie Gazzard Trust. Marina Hodgins, from the salon, said her vibrancy and love for life were very much missed. We would love to honour her memory and her vivacious spirit by installing a kissing seat in the city centre, she said. We feel this would be a fitting tribute for Hollie. The kissing seat is being created by Matthew Burt, who designed a similar bench for Sting.
