NEWS: I encourage everyone to see Noah... When it comes out on dvd... if you must :/ I went with an open mind, ready to tolerate an embarrassing amout of inaccuracies in the name of progress but what I found was a story thats only resemblance to the Biblical account was a man named Noah, an ark and a flood. Dont get me wrong... I do not believe that this movie is evil or demonic; its just dumb. In the trailer when Noah says,I am NOT alone its obvious that hes referring to God right? Wrong!!! Noah is protected by giant rock monsters! You heard me right... giant rock monsters. But its okay bc theyre actually fallen angels who are trying to help mankind. I guess those demons arent all bad after all! Its a bad version of the old Tom Cruise fantasy movie Legend meets Jack Nicholsons The Shining and Russell Crow is Johny! Apparently, all work and no play makes Noah a bad boy and he spends half the movie plotting to a kill his own grandchildren the moment theyre born. Oh and did I mention theres a stowaway on the ark for months eating some of the animals! After seeing the darwinian evolution of mankind in creation, the giant rock monsters, a jim jones type of Noah and a story that is an entire departure from the biblical narrative, I have to recommend that you take the money you would have spent and go see Muppets Most Wanted... youll learn more about Noah there. Now if youll excuse me my stomach is growling and I have to go to the crow:)
