NEWS: No Water. Water Outage Planned for Sunday in Rawlinson Acres II and Surrounding Businesses Rock Hill City leaders say water will be shut off to nearly 200 customers on Sunday, August 18, for crews to fix a water main break near 2400 W. Main Street. The outage, expected from 1 to 6 p.m., will affect customers in Rawlinson Acres II, Epiphany Lutheran Church, the Career Development Center and the Exxon station at the corner of W. Main St and Meadowlark Dr. The construction will also interrupt traffic flows, so drivers should use caution in that area. The work is scheduled for this weekend to minimize impact to the area once school starts next week, and planned for Sunday due to the inclement weather that is forecast for Saturday.
