NEWS: Teenager referred to Youth Offending team A teenager has been referred to the Youth Offending team following his admission to causing criminal damage and public order offences following reports of anti-social behaviour and criminal damage to vehicles in Trentham last week. As part of an on-going operation in the area to reduce ASB and criminal damage, disperal orders will be in place on Friday 31 October and Saturday 1 November from 6pm to 2am each day in Hanford and Trentham.The section 34 Disperal area/power under the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014, allows officers to disperse anyone believed to be causing, or may cause, acts of anti-social behaviour. Insp Phil Eaton, from Stoke-on-Trent South Local Policing team, said: We would like to reassure residents that we are continuing our operation to reduce ASB and nuisance in the area following their concerns. The new dispersal orders will enhance police options to disperse those who are or who may cause ASB
