NEWS UPDATE @ 12PM WITH ORANGE UGANDA INTENSIFIED FIGHTING: Latest reports out of eastern Democratic Republic of Congo speak of intensified fighting with two explosions heard near Bunagana along the Uganda-DRC border this morning. The latest fighting has forced more Congolese refugees in their hundreds fleeing into Uganda.
