Mr. Gomez, got fired on Wednesday. Until his unceremonious firing, Mr. Gomez was the NIA Operation Director. Mr. Yankuba Badjie, the NIA Deputy DG is overseeing the vacant position for the time being. The NIA is undergoing some transformation. The Jammeh handpicked operatives are being groomed to run the clandestine spy agency—reputed for its lack of professionalism. Inexperienced agents have been entrusted with leadership roles at the NIA—thus jeopardizing the nation’s national security. Some of the so called NIA Department heads cannot write and analyze intelligence reports. In another developments, a new taskforce has been launched to monitor suspected Freedom Newspaper sources. The taskforce is consists of GAMTEL and NIA IT unit staff. Their job include: the monitoring of incoming and outgoing emails and phone conversation. In another unrelated news, last night witnessed a birthday celebration blast jamboree at the Coco Ocean hotel. Yahya Jammeh was being treated at a party—marking his 48 birthday. Sounds of gunshots were heard at the party. Solo Bojang and his group fired local gunpowder shots wishing Jammeh a happy birthday. Local residents were rudely awaken by the noise coming from the party. Some residents even thought that there was a coup in the making. A Freedom Newspaper investigations discovered that Jammeh and his low life compatriots were treated at “all white” birthday party. The NIA command is also reporting about a secret meeting that was held at Pa Bojang’s home. The meeting was meant to mobilize Jolla folks so that they can plead with Ben Jammeh, the absconded former NDEA DG not to expose their alleged drug and arms dealer brother Yahya Jammeh. Jammeh, we have been told, is increasingly worried about Ben’s future revelations about his alleged drug trade activities. Ben is currently residing at a neighboring country. He is working on resettling in either the UK or the United States. Sources in the know said Ben’s asylum is a done deal. He is an intelligent asset. Both the UK and the US need such an intelligent asset, our source said. Our agent also met Oga yesterday and Oga Jammeh informed her that he was going to fire SG and Presidential Affairs Minister Njogu Bah. That is one of the reasons why he had Nana Grey Johnson as Deputy SG. Nana is doubling as Information Minister and Deputy SG at the same time. Oga is confused. For the first time that we are having Information Minister doubling as Deputy SG. He created the position out of desperation. The Freedom Newspaper reportage on the outcome of his Japanese trip angered him. Njogu is on his way out of the State House soon. Last on our list is Muhammed Jah. The NIA is reporting that Muhammed Jah has reached a truce with Oga Jammeh. Mr. Jah is trying to appease Jammeh so that he can stay in business. He doesn’t want to be a victim of the Kanilai arm robber. Mr. Jah has donated two vehicles to Yahya Jammeh. Jammeh is a hustler. He begs money from the business community. He will shut down businesses in a heart bit if his advances for money and material wealth are not met. That’s Yahya Jammeh. Not long ago, Muhammed Jah’s Qcell was stopped from selling cash power. Mr. Jah is an intelligent guy. He mastered the game of having the Kanilai jester on his side. Giving money and cars to Jammeh can help businesses to stay in business. Tajideen is no more. Many businesses will be forced to close in coming months by Jammeh. Jammeh is going to lay his hands on anything he grab. Muhammed Jah should consider moving his business to Senegal. This is just a brotherly advice.
