NIGERIA AND ELITIST SEGREGATIONS! I read with amazements and deep sense of sorrow an encomiums showered on yadoma mandara by one of the few journalist i have special respect and admirations for.Ishaq modibbo kawus piece was a most read to me anytime I come across it. Simply because he represent the generations of Nigerias who always meant well to this country and his writings were always fair and inspiring. Worse of it this sychopantic tribute was share on face book by my mentor and role model,I always dream of growing up to becoming not the ibb, obasanjo or at worst Gej.BUT humble mallam Nasiru Giants. For his an embodiment of trust, principles, and ntegrity.any time I ponder on the debacle and despaired about Nigeria situations, especially on the 2015 elections.the only thing that ease my pains and agony is El rufai.for he represents a ray of optimism. Have nothing against mandara,in fact I admired her courage and determinations,I was so much curious about yadoma from the very first time I came across her on the media and even ran a checks on her biodata and her activities.not minding to know much about her family becouse idont want to see her as some body who is enjoying the elitist favouratism.by the way iwas upportune to came about yagana in the university. Was delighted to found out that she represent an Ngo that was doing remarkably well. But what irritated my mind is the fact that yadomas commendable performance was mired and celebrated not on the basis of her personal achievements, but as representatives of the northern elitist aristocracy. Yadomas performance brought to the fore the needs for greater participations of youths in the nations buildings.and also it exhibited loudly waththe country could achieved if her generations is given a chance. The ugly reality is even if yadoma merited to be a party to the National confab, her inclusion would always raised a questions about the sincerity of her selections. Taking into consideration millions of yadomas that are roaming the street unemployed. Yadomas performance as far as this encomium is concerned, strip her of what ever she might achieved, because she is only one of the few perevillaged to show case their talents.base on the elitist segregations. Nigeria is a land of wastage talents. Its pity if up til today the ladder to achieved success is your family brands. So under this prevailing situations what will be the fate of millions of yadomas who their family hasnt a brand? For how long do we continue to live under elitist segregations and discriminations? Yusuf Balla usman of blessed memory the most prolific historians and an academic icon, that graced this part of the universe.lives and die a class room teacher, despite the fact that he was a prince and heir to the katsina throne. But we dont seems to learn, observed and ponders on good virtues.
