NIGERIA AND PRODUCTIVITY...production is the life wire of an economy.the tiger economy of asia and developed economies of the world solved production hitches before they were moved from lower economic assaults to standardized economy.nigeria has high number of engineers yet collapsed buildings are all over the places,amazing though,that matches used for lightening is imported from india,what of pencils used in drawing and writing also imported and we have research and development institute in nigeria.the non-challant attitude of employees to work in truancy,lateness,laziness and unseriousness to productive activities is so disastrous to our economy.employers of labour have large chunk of the blame in short changing of workers,irregular payment of salaries,poor motivation according to Abraham Maslow is doom upon production.if our electric engineers are up and doing to their duties let nigeria have steady power supply as the epileptic power supply in nigeria is always blamed on technical faults.where went our engineers!
