NIGERIAN TRIBUNE - N13.937M FRAUD: AGAIN, ABSENCE OF COUNSEL STALLS HEARING ON EX-TRIBUNE STAFFERS THE chief magistrates’ Court sitting in Iyaganku, Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, could not begin hearing on the case of fraud instituted against two former staff of the African Newspaper of Nigeria (ANN) Plc, publishers of Tribune titles, Mr Segun Adigun and Mr Adewumi Jelili Omoloye, by the Oyo State Commissioner of Police on Thursday. The hearing of the three-count charge case of conspiracy, stealing and alteration totalling N13, 927, 570 while in the service of the ANN Plc, was stalled by the absence of the counsel to the second accused person, Segun Adigun, Barrister Lukman Odewale.
