NIGERIANS MANAGENENT I think our focus need to be toward how do we nigerians manage our nation inorder to reach out new model societal development and orientations not causing confusion about who will lead our nation. Many corruption is in every where both locally , withing our states even at our homes , private sectors and organisations I mean every little place dishonest thing is ruling Notherners says they produce agricultural crops at its own element and capacity base niger deltants own oil lands that contribute major capacity of our national revenue and nigerians are highly dependant on oil ,at its fomular of revenue for derivatives andvother major facilitation for national growth and development? Western nigerians groove most of our nationwide economic network at many high score of percentage within our industrial base and intelligence in trading and banking sectors Eastern nigerians contribute in area of emerging import and export trading , commercialisation at a high level servicing both our productives goods at a reach value skills But Both such huge syndicates management is seams like not adequately working well And it may be the cause of high poverty rate , unemployment, crimes and all at a high level percentage May be nigerians need to change thier attitudes of being selfish, self centred , bigger and too ambitious, laziness in duty and performance , greedyness , tribalism , religious crises and confusions which presently dominate the whole society and focus on how importance is to adhere strictly on better sociatal and social management services and stop fighting on leadership
