NMAAHC Founding Director Lonnie Bunch sat down with three civil rights legends at the LBJ Presidential Library’s Civil Rights Summit in Austin, Texas last week to discuss what it was like to be on the front lines of the Civil Rights Movement. Julian Bond, Congressman John Lewis, and Andrew Young shared memories of the movement they helped forge and how work accomplished then continues to resonate in America today.
