NO ACCOUNTABILITY...no one FIRED...WHY, because the guys picking up the tab are you and me, who have NO INPUT into the INTENTIONAL CRONYISM CORRUPTION.. SIX YEARS...1.7 BILLION...the system doesnt work...but wants more money to fix it. WHERE WAS Oversight Committee? Government keeps making contracts that are not fulfilled...pays them anyway! NO reimbursement on the contract when it FAILS..HOW many lawyers in the Federal government...How many cant write a contract with a DEFAULT CLAUSE???? THIS ONE started with Janet Napolitano at the helm. She retired with FULL pension and given the UNIQUE position of being over the entire higher education of CA for her REWARD! SHE cant authorize a contract beneficial to the taxpayers..cant oversee a project...cant fight for OUR rights against a incompetent vendor...and yet NOW oversees ALL colleges in California....The BIGGER the SCREW UPS ..the BIGGER the REWARDS!!
