The care system in the UK is destructively exploitative, which also leaves it wide open to the saddest and most depressing area of child expolitation, that of physical abuse. Social Services are using the family courts as feeding grounds, for the shallow minded methodologies of the system. Worse the courts are quite happy to be used like this. Social Workers are known to be devious, manipulative, cruel and divisive and use their power to destroy family bonds, even when there is no need to do so. In the meantime, this Conservative - Liberal Democrat Government is prepared to turn a blind eye to the serious ongoing deception, miscarriage of justice and even potentially fraud? This is on top of ignoring the long term cost to the child. The failure of the care system is from the Government down and it needs a thorough overhauling of the system to ensure that the widespread abuse which is obviously ongoing in the family courts is curtailed. There is no justification whatsoever for inaction on this issue. Many parents have found themselves in a situation where they have been wrongly accused or even worse have had information created and made up purely in order to discredit them. I have observed the use of racial and religious discrimination as well as false allegations of mental health abuse as part of the child theft programme this Government is currently running. This is wholly unacceptable.
